Tyler Technologies Acquires SceneDoc
PLANO, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has acquired SceneDoc, Inc., a company that provides mobile-first, software-as-a-service (SaaS) field reporting for law enforcement agencies.
