Héctor Iván Covarrubias Colmenares

Héctor Covarrubias is a senior executive with extensive experience in venture and investment driven environments, focused on portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation. He acts as a senior representative of iGan’s principal investor, working closely with the fund’s leadership on portfolio oversight, strategic initiatives, and governance aligned with the investment thesis.

With a strong background in capital markets, corporate finance, and operations, he brings a disciplined, analytical approach to investment decision making, risk management, and performance monitoring, combining financial rigor with deep operational insight.

Héctor holds a Master’s degree in Finance and completed the Finance Program at Harvard Business School. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace Design and completed postgraduate training in statistics, project management, and business management, building a strong foundation that combines technical rigor with financial and investment judgment.
