David Ifergan

David is an Associate at iGan Partners. As a member of the deal team, he is responsible for conducting intro calls with prospective portfolio companies, leading due diligence, and supporting deal sourcing across the firm’s healthtech and medtech focus areas. He also works closely with existing portfolio companies, supporting them on strategic initiatives, fundraising, and operational needs as they scale. Alongside this, he contributes to investor reporting and the firm’s fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining iGan Partners, David worked as a Sales Engineer at Sonatype, a cybersecurity company, and Clio, a legal technology company. In these roles, he partnered with clients across various industries to implement technical solutions that enhanced operational efficiency, security, and overall client experience. David holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University.
