Q. What was your very first job?

A. Packing and sorting scallops in a seafood production facility. 

Q. What is the history of Curv? How did you get started and what problem were you trying to
solve?

A. We have a bold vision for empowering clinicians to build their own clinics, and with that to connect people to need health services with those who are best incentivized to help them.

Q. . What have been your favorite and least favorite parts of the fundraising process? Any lessons or
unique memories to share

A. I love fundraising. You’re finding smart people who want to bet on the future with you. Real skin in the game makes this process honest, intense, and meaningful. 

Q. What do you love most about your team?

A. We have a performance focused team. We’re happy when we’re building and selling. Winners want to work with winners.

Q. What has been your most satisfying moment in your business journey so far?

A. Betting on undiscovered talent and being right. 

Q. If you could go back in time, what would you do differently as a founder?

A. Embrace a bolder vision earlier.

Q. What do you think is the most important quality for a founder to have?

A. You need it all: intelligence, charisma, perseverance, ruthlessness, ambition, and a deep honesty with yourself.

Q. What is your morning routine?

A. Gym, and some sunshine and coffee: ideally the latter two at the same time.

Q. If there was a book about you, what would it be called?

A. “Truth is hidden among heretics”

Q. What is the best advice you have received that you would like to share with others?

A. Bet on yourself.
