Luc Rubinger, MD, MBA, FRCSC is an orthopaedic surgeon based in the Greater Toronto Area with clinical, academic, and leadership experience spanning tertiary and community care settings. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at McMaster University, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and clinical research. Dr. Rubinger has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications, textbook chapters, and national and international conference presentations.
Clinically, Dr. Rubinger focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centred musculoskeletal care, with particular interests in arthroplasty, fracture care, and optimizing surgical systems to improve access and outcomes. He has been actively involved in research examining operating room efficiency, perioperative optimization, and the impact of nutrition and musculoskeletal health on surgical outcomes.
Complementing his clinical work, Dr. Rubinger holds an MBA and has a strong interest in healthcare innovation, health technology, and system redesign.
